The Hoffmann Group has advocated for greater sustainability for years. For example, since the end of 2021 we have been a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact and are therefore committed to its ten principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environment and climate as well as corruption prevention. The United Nations Global Compact is the world’s biggest and most important initiative for responsible corporate management.
We take sustainability very seriously
In June 2022 Hoffmann GmbH Qualitätswerkzeuge was awarded the EcoVadis gold medal as a tools specialist that does business sustainably. It is awarded by the international ratings platform of the same name, which reviews the sustainability credentials of companies. This involves closely examining the areas of environment, ethics, human and labour rights as well as sustainable procurement. Hoffmann GmbH Qualitätswerkzeuge achieved 72 out of a possible 100 points, putting it in the top three per cent of companies evaluated by EcoVadis. More than 90,000 companies in over 160 countries have now been evaluated in this way.
