If you wish to submit a request via phone to exercise your right to additional information under California's "Shine the Light" law, please indicate to the Hoffmann Group USA representative that you would like to invoke your rights under the California "Shine the Light" law.
To proceed, Hoffmann Group USA needs to verify your identity before processing a request. To do so, Hoffmann Group USA will require the successful authentication of your account or the matching of pertinent information that you provide us to the information we maintain about you in our systems. This process may require us to request additional personal information from you to help facilitate this request.
In certain circumstances, Hoffmann Group USA can decline a request to exercise the right to access, knowledge or deletion, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity.
