Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. Hoffmann Group USA will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Hoffmann Group USA currently ships only to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico. If you are interested in purchasing items from outside the United States, please visit the Hoffmann Group website to place an international order.

When you place your order, you will see the shipping costs related to shipping the order on the checkout page. Shipping costs for items found on this website are determined by the weight of the item, as indicated on the individual product page. For multiple items, the weight of all combined items will determine your final shipping costs.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and the weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders that are placed before 1 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will ship on the next business day, although every effort will be made to ship same day when possible. Transit times are based upon the discretion of the shipping company and can vary due to weather, Acts of God or other factors that are beyond the control of Hoffmann Group USA and transit companies.

Most orders will be shipped via UPS; in those instances, UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please include a physical address for items to be shipped correctly.

Once an order has been placed and prepared for delivery, Hoffmann Group USA will provide you with a tracking number from the shipping company via the email on file with the order so that you may track the progress of your order.
