This Kukko Separating Set with Quick Clamping Pressure Spindle is a brand new Kukko German Separating Set for removing ball bearings, roller bearings, inner races and other tight parts if there is not enough space to use pulling hooks.
Description
The 4-part Separatior sets 17-A is used to pull ball bearings, roller bearings, inner rings and other flat parts in trade, industry and workshops when there is not enough space for Pulling hooks. The separating and extracting process is able to gently separate these parts before they can be extracted from the outside. Compared to the 15 series, the 17 series is particularly handy because the separating jaws are clamped quickly and centrally by a pressure spindle. This 4-piece set includes one separating and one extracting device as well as a pair of extensions, ensuring the full range of applications.

Operation
- Press the sharp cutting edges of the separating device behind the part
- Tension the separating jaws by actuating the pressure spindle and ensure that the separating blades are seated under the part to be extracted as far as they will go
- Screw the puller bolts into the threaded holes of the separator as far as they will go
- Hold the separating device and pull off the part in question safely and carefully by tightening the clamping nut
