Shipping
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will ship on the next business day, although every effort will be made to ship same day. Transit times are based upon the discretion of the shipping company and can vary due to weather, Acts of God, or other factors that are beyond the control of Hoffmann Group USA and transit companies.
We ship most orders via UPS. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please include a physical address.
Hoffmann Group USA will provide you with a tracking number from the shipping company via the email on file with the order.
Hoffmann Group USA currently ships only to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico. To purchase items from outside the United States, please visit the international Hoffmann Group website to place an international order.
When you place your order, you will see the shipping costs related to shipping the order on the checkout page. Shipping costs are usually determined by the weight of the item, as indicated on the individual product page. For multiple items, the weight of all combined items will determine your final shipping costs. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Hoffmann Group USA will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns for items where a purchaser has changed their mind or decided that the product is not needed are subject to the purchaser being responsible for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Discounted open box items and scratch and dent items are not eligible for refund.
